Hendrickson acquired the Motor Wheel Brake Drum and Crewson slack adjuster business segments from Stemco and parent company EnPro Industries.
The business segments, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Berea, Kentucky, respectively, will operate as a division of Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems. The Motor Wheel and Crewson names will be kept and used as product names going forward, the company says.

The Illinois-based company has been a contributor to the transportation industry for more than 100 years.
